Delete your Fokus account

You can request deletion of your Fokus app account and associated cloud data here, even if you have already uninstalled the app. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to make a request.

Request account deletion

Email info@gofokus.com with the subject “Fokus account deletion request”. Include the email address registered to your Fokus app account so we can identify the account you want deleted. If possible, send your request from that address.

We may verify account ownership before processing your request. Never send us your password or any login or verification codes.

Account and cloud data

The deletion request concerns your Fokus app account and its associated cloud data. Our Privacy Policy describes account and sign-in information, profile information, and synchronized focus progress, including focus sessions, focus days, and related statistics.

Delete your account in the app

Account deletion is also available in the Fokus app settings. If you have uninstalled the app, you can use the email option above instead. Reinstalling the app is not required.
